Filiaalmanager in Rotterdam - 37 uur per week Ben jij een manager die energie krijgt van het aansturen van een team én het behalen van resultaat? Bij Holland & Barrett zoeken we een bedrijfsleider die overzicht houdt, collega's weet te motiveren en ervoor zorgt dat de winkel elke dag goed draait. Je staat zelf midden in het team, helpt klanten op de winkelvloer en weet precies wat er nodig is om zowel je team als de winkel naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Wat ga je doen Als Filiaalmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt: van team en planning tot uitstraling en resultaat. Je begeleidt en coacht je team in het dagelijks werk en creëert een omgeving waarin collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Ook houd je je bezig met personeelsplanning, verzuim en het aannemen van nieuwe collega's. Daarnaast werk je zelf actief mee op de vloer. Je adviseert klanten over onze producten en zorgt samen met je team voor een prettige winkelervaring. Tegelijkertijd houd je scherp zicht op de commerciële doelen en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je rapporteert aan de Area Sales Manager en krijgt de ruimte om jouw winkel zelfstandig te runnen. Wat neem je mee We zoeken een manager die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en energie krijgt van verantwoordelijkheid. Jij bent een betrokken en resultaatgerichte leider met affiniteit voor gezondheid en Retail. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Een beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op minimaal C1 niveau - Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in retail - Ervaring met KPI's en omzetsturing - Sterk in plannen en overzicht houden - Duidelijk en praktisch in communicatie - Flexibel inzetbaar (weekenden en koopavonden) Ervaring met supplementen of drogisterij is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
