Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en operatie: van teamcoaching tot voorraadbeheer en van klantbeleving tot personeelsplanning. Jij zet lijnen uit, houdt overzicht en brengt structuur met een nuchtere aanpak én scherp oog voor resultaat. Betreft een vacature voor Flevoland (locatie nader te bepalen) Wat ga je doen als filiaalmanager? In deze rol combineer je commercieel inzicht met coachend leiderschap. Jij: • Geeft leiding aan het team op de vloer en motiveert collega's in hun ontwikkeling • Stemt personeelsplanning, bezetting en teamcoaching slim op elkaar af • Stelt doelen, monitort KPI's en stuurt bij waar nodig voor optimale resultaten • Draagt zorg voor een verzorgde, overzichtelijke bouwmarkt met sterke lokale uitstraling • Denkt actief mee over lokale marketing, promotie en klantgerichtheid Dit breng je mee: Voor deze rol zoeken we een ondernemende leider die structuur en inspiratie brengt. We vinden het belangrijk dat je: • Beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring hebt met het aansturen van grotere Retail teams (10+ medewerkers) • Commercieel denkt én resultaatgericht handelt en daarbij de sfeer goed houdt • Ervaring hebt met planning, performance en personeelsontwikkeling • Flexibel inzetbaar bent, ook tijdens koopavonden en weekenden (volgens rooster) • Goed communiceert in het Nederlands Dit krijg je van ons: • Een flexibel rooster van 38 uur per week, afgestemd met jouw assistent filiaalmanager(s) • Een verantwoordelijke functie met veel vrijheid om jouw filiaal te leiden • Bruto maandsalaris tot € 4.250 (o.b.v. 38 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring • Een jaarlijkse bonu...
