Als filiaalmanager ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten die in het filiaal komen. Samen met de accountmanagers en filiaalmedewerkers stimuleer je de verkoop in het filiaal van Wijnegem. Je zal dagelijks je eigen filiaal van A tot Z beheren. Je takenpakket bestaat uit een afwisseling van verkoop, techniek en administratie.

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan professionele installateurs die producten komen kopen in de winkel
  • Beantwoorden van vragen per telefoon en e-mail
  • Beheren van de voorraad en zorgen voor orde en netheid in het filiaal
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
  • Basiskennis van producten in verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair
  • Ervaring met het verwerken van administratieve taken en kennis van NAVISION
