Dankzij een sterke focus op service, klantgerichtheid en een ruime voorraad weten zowel professionele klanten als particulieren de weg naar de organisatie te vinden.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Filiaalverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en combineer je operationele taken met coördinatie en klantencontact. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Begeleiden en adviseren van professionele klanten in de showroom.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega's en interne stakeholders.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen in samenwerking met de accountmanagers.
  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse planning van de chauffeur-magazijnier.
  • Meehelpen op de werkvloer en bijspringen waar nodig om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.
  • Bewaken van de operationele processen en het overzicht behouden over de verschillende activiteiten binnen het filiaal.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de hoofdzetel, HR en boekhouding.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve processen, waaronder dossiers van openstaande betalingen.

Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on en commercieel ingestelde professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector of een technische omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig volgens procedures.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en denkt actief mee met de organisatie.
