Filiaalverantwoordelijke Carrosserie – Zaventem

Voor een sterk groeiend carrosseriebedrijf in ZAventem, dat bekend staat om vakmanschap en klantgerichtheid, zoeken we een Filiaalverantwoordelijke met pit en passie voor de automotive sector. Jij zorgt dat alles op wieltjes loopt – letterlijk en figuurlijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt het filiaal en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie.
  • Je stuurt je team aan en zorgt voor een vlotte planning en uitvoering van carrosseriewerken.
  • Je beheert bestellingen, voorraad en administratie.
  • Je beheert schade-, verzekerings-, leasing- en particuliere dossiers.
  • Je documenteert schadedossiers (foto’s, werkfiches, bestekken).
  • Je staat in contact met klanten, verzekeraars, experten en leasingmaatschappijen.
  • Je coördineert de inzet van vervangwagens en bewaakt de klantentevredenheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke (planning, werkbelasting, voortgang herstellingen).
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte interne communicatie tussen administratie, onthaal en werkplaats.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en weet hoe je een team motiveert.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, zelfstandig en denkt altijd een stap vooruit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels én Frans.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je kent je weg in MS Office en PlanManager Informex.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset en oog voor kwaliteit.
