Deine Führungsrolle

* Mitverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Performance und Zielerreichung des Standortes

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams inkl. Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

* Vorleben einer leistungs- und serviceorientierten Unternehmenskultur

* Vertretung der Marktleitung mit umfassender Entscheidungs- und Führungsverantwortung

* Sicherstellung optimaler Warenverfügbarkeit, Präsentation und Verkaufsförderung

* Planung und Koordination von Werkstatt-Dienstleistungen

Dein Profil

* Verkauf liegt dir im Blut - Menschen motivieren ist deine Stärke

* Berufserfahrung im Handel bzw. KFZ-Bereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise

* Technisches Verständnis - idealerweise rund um Autos, Technik & Mobilität

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung & MS Office Basics
