Anzahl der Stunden/Woche: 38,5 (Vollzeit)

* Du führst und entwickelst ein Filialteam von 15-25 Mitarbeiter:innen

* Du steuerst Umsatz, Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation mit Blick auf unsere Kennzahlen

* Du rekrutierst neue Talente, motivierst dein Team und förderst individuelle Stärken

* Du arbeitest eng mit deiner Regionalleitung zusammen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Filiale voran

* Leidenschaft für den Handel

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie mind. 1 Jahr Führungserfahrung (zB als Store Manager, Abteilungsleitung oder Teamleitung im Verkauf)

* Zuverlässige und motivierte Person mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft (auch abends und an Samstagen)
