Functieomschrijving

Als Finance Administrator ben je een belangrijke ondersteuning binnen de Finance‑afdeling en zorg je voor de correcte en tijdige verwerking van diverse financiële taken. Je werkt in een gestructureerd team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Manager.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen en verwerken van diverse mailboxen;
  • Facturatie en opstellen van kredietnota's;
  • Voorbereiden van financiële aangiftes (o.a. BTW, EC, Intrastat, Listing);
  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen en bankafschriften;
  • Debiteurenbeheer: aanmaken en screenen van klanten, monitoren van debiteurenpositie, opvolgen van aanmaningsproces en contact met klanten;
  • Crediteurenbeheer: aanmaken van leveranciers, controle van inkomende facturen en opvolging van aanmaningen;
  • Ondersteuning van de Finance Manager bij ad hoc taken zoals auditvoorbereiding en rapportages.

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding in een boekhoudkundige richting met meerdere jaren relevante ervaring;
  • Voldoende kennis van Nederlands en Engels;
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen;
  • Goede Excel‑vaardigheden en vertrouwd met MS Office;
  • Nauwkeurig, efficiënt, zelfstandig en deadline‑gericht;
  • Teamspeler met een hands‑on mentaliteit.
