The posting

Voor een internationale onderneming binnen voeding en landbouw zoeken we een Finance Analyst voor de divisie diervoeding en diergezondheid. Je ondersteunt de wereldwijde afdeling Risk Management & Sourcing met financiële planning, analyses en forecasts.

Je neemt financiële verantwoordelijkheid op voor de jaarlijkse uitgaven via de centrale sourcingentiteit in Genève. Als financiële businesspartner vertaal je gegevens naar inzichten die bijdragen aan strategische beslissingen, betere prestaties en een doeltreffende inzet van kapitaal.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en verbinden van financiële planning, analyses en forecasts voor de wereldwijde sourcing- en risicobeheeractiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersbonussen en financiële resultaten binnen internationale sourcing.
  • Analyseren van prestatie-indicatoren en onderliggende resultaatbepalende factoren.
  • Ontwikkelen van financiële modellen en benchmarks om kansen, risico’s en gevoeligheden inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van analyses en onderbouwde aanbevelingen aan stakeholders.
  • Meewerken aan financiële prognoses en modellen ter ondersteuning van nieuwe productontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Samenwerken met financiële, operationele en functionele teams.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en voorstellen van optimalisaties in processen en prestatieopvolging.
  • Je beschikt over minstens twee jaar relevante werkervaring; doorgaans sluit drie jaar of meer aan bij het gevraagde niveau.
  • Je hebt een gevorderde kennis van Excel en Power BI en ervaring met financiële modellering.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt financiële resultaten analyseren en vertalen naar bruikbare bedrijfsinzichten.
  • Je communiceert helder, onderbouwt jouw aanbevelingen en stemt jouw boodschap af op verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig met beperkte begeleiding en zoekt actief samenwerking.
  • Je denkt kritisch mee over procesverbetering.
