En zijn analyses en rapportages helemaal jouw ding? Zoek dan niet verder! Wat ga je doen? Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en een energiek en deskundig team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële processen van Vallei Finance Group en alle bedrijfsonderdelen op orde zijn en dat de rapportages op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je bent ook betrokken bij overnames waarbij je zorgt voor financieel inzicht en integratie van de finance processen en (nieuwe) systemen. De werkzaamheden worden voornamelijk vanuit Barneveld uitgevoerd, af en toe reis je naar een partij die zich bij Vallei aansluit. Je houdt je bezig met: - Opstellen van managementrapportages en het analyseren van maandcijfers. - Overleggen met de controlerend accountant en opvolgen van bespreekpunten. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en bewaken van het budget en de forecast. - Verzorgen van tussentijdse cijfers en analyses, zowel voor de Vallei Finance Group als voor de partijen die zich bij ons (willen) aansluiten. - Ondersteunen van de integratie van overgenomen bedrijven in samenwerking met het integratieteam, zodat de financiële stromen na de overnames gewaarborgd zijn. - Adviseren over financieel beleid en het signaleren van mogelijke risico's of kansen. - Meedenken over het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen en systemen. De rol is uitdagend en vraagt soms om flexibiliteit, in een overnameproces moet vaak veel in korte tijd gebeuren, dat zorgt af en toe voor piekbelasting.
