We zoeken daarom een Finance Manager die verder kijkt dan alleen de cijfers. Iemand die zorgt dat de financiële basis klopt, maar ook begrijpt wat de cijfers vertellen en hoe we daar als organisatie beter op kunnen sturen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de financial control als de business control . Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie en management en geeft leiding aan één Assistent Controller. Finance Manager gezocht Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële basis. Je houdt grip op de cijfers, kijkt vooruit en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar concrete adviezen en acties. Daarbij combineer je financiële verantwoordelijkheid met een adviserende en leidinggevende rol. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het tijdig uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - Het opstellen van managementrapportages en financiële analyses; - Het bewaken van budgetten, forecasts en liquiditeitsplanning; - Het monitoren van omzet, marge, EBITDA, cashflow en KPI's; - Het coördineren van accountantscontroles en fiscale processen; - Actuele kennis van salarisadministratie; - Het verbeteren en automatiseren van financiële processen; - Het vertalen van analyses naar concrete acties, eigenaarschap en opvolging; - Het verzorgen en verder ontwikkelen van rapportages richting directie, aandeelhouder en private-equitypartij; - Het proactief adviseren en fungeren als sparringspartner van directie en management; - Het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van één Assistent Controller. Je kijkt daarbij steeds naar de vraag: wat gebeurt, waarom gebeurt het en wat moeten we ermee? Wie zoeken we?
