As the operational leader for the P2P tower, you will act as the first line of defence, partnering with Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM to deliver stable, efficient and high-quality Finance & Procurement operations while shaping the future of OSS. What we're looking for • University degree and 8-10 years of relevant Finance experience, or minimum 15-20 years of overall relevant professional experience. • Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience, including outsourced/vendor-managed operations. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transactional Finance operations and/or vendor-managed teams in a global shared services environment. • Strong understanding of P2P processes, operational governance, controls, KPIs and continuous improvement. • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM.
