In deze rol zorg je voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van inkomende facturen in SAP, onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en ondersteun je collega's binnen de financiële administratie. Je werkt in een hecht team met oog voor samenwerking, ontwikkeling en balans tussen werk en privé, midden in de dynamiek van de grootste haven van Europa. Financial Assistant 32 - 40 uur p/w (Rotterdam) vacancy status Dit ga je doen Als Financial Assistant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van inkomende facturen in ons ERP-systeem. Je werkt op onze afdeling Finance en rapporteert aan de Finance Manager Rotterdam. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige afhandeling van facturen, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en spreekt collega's aan op hun verantwoordelijkheden. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's met het inboeken van banken. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers en onze interne teams. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verder verbeteren van ons ERP-systeem en houd je de administratie scherp en overzichtelijk. Jouw rol is onmisbaar voor een soepele maandafsluiting. Dit breng jij mee: - Minimaal MBO 3-niveau; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Ervaring met SAP; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; - Sterke vaardigheden in MS Office (Uitgebreide kennis van Excel is een pre); - Affiniteit met de maritieme sector.
