The posting

Als Financial Controller ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de lokale financiële afdelingen van onze buitenlandse dochterondernemingen en het hoofdkantoor. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages, ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting en levert waardevolle analyses die bijdragen aan een gezonde financiële sturing van de organisatie. Je werkt in een hecht team van financials en rapporteert aan de Financial Controller. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het opstellen, analyseren en toelichten van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarcijfers;

- Het uitvoeren van consolidaties en financiële rapportages;

- Het ondersteunen bij de jaarrekening en contact onderhouden met de accountant;

- Het bewaken van financiële verplichtingen, porcessen en interne controles;

- Het optimaliseren en automatiseren van financiële workflows;

- Het signaleren van risico's en verbetermogelijkheden binnen finance;

- Het adviseren van het management over financiële planning, begrotingen en kostenbeheersing.

Voor de rol van Financial Controller zoeken we iemand die analytisch sterk is en houdt van structuur, maar ook communicatief vaardig en proactief is. Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Een afgeronde HBO-WO opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy;

- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen controlling, financiële analyse of accounting;

- Je hebt ervaring met consolidaties en rapportages;

- Een uitstekende beheersing van Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen;

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;

- Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
