Binnen deze professionele en groeigerichte omgeving krijg je een sleutelrol in het financiële beheer en de rapportering van een diverse project- en vastgoedcontext. De organisatie combineert een ondernemende spirit met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking. De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Voorbereiden van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en uitvoeren van controles en analyses.
  • Consolideren van cijfers en opstellen van financiële en businessgerichte rapporteringen met duidelijke toelichtingen.
  • Coördineren van het jaarlijkse budgetproces en de periodieke latest estimate en vertalen van input naar onderbouwde budgetten en prognoses.
  • Financieel opvolgen van projecten, bewaken van projectdata en cost‑of‑sales en aanleveren van betrouwbare input voor nacalculatie en rendementssturing.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van boekhoudstructuren, masterdata, intercompany‑afstemming, interne kostenverrekeningen en reconciliaties.
  • Begeleiden van de externe audit van voorbereiding tot opvolging en structureren van auditvragen en bewijsstukken.
  • Documenteren en verbeteren van financiële procedures, checklists en workflows en inzetten van ERP‑systemen, operationele tools, automatisering en AI voor efficiëntere processen.
  • Verzamelen en structureren van financiële informatie en analyses ter voorbereiding van financieringsaanvragen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy, economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling, closing, reporting en/of algemene boekhouding.
  • Sterke basis in accounting, afsluiting, reconciliaties, budgettering, financiële analyse en managementrapportering.
  • Analytisch ingesteld, zorgvuldig en in staat om cijfers te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en acties.
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en communicatief sterk, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en timing.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld en gericht op praktische, duurzame oplossingen.
  • Digitale vaardigheid en vlotte omgang met ERP‑systemen, operationele tools en AI‑toepassingen.
  • Constructieve teamspeler die deadlines respecteert en kwaliteit bewaakt.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en professionele beheersing van het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met auditbegeleiding, consolidatie, projectcontrolling of een multi‑entiteit-, project- of vastgoedcontext is een troef.
