As a Financial Controller at Sendcloud, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial records across a fast-growing, international group of entities. You'll take ownership of month-end close activities, contribute to statutory reporting, and help strengthen the financial systems and controls that support our scaling business. The Role - Ensure accounting records are maintained in line with local GAAP and IFRS standards, and prepare statutory financial statements. - Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard financial data and support external audits. - Work across our tech stack-NetSuite, procurement, and payment tools-to keep data accurate and processes efficient. What you'll do - Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. - Maintain and enhance internal controls across financial systems, identifying gaps and implementing improvements to strengthen controls. - Support external audits and regulatory compliance, preparing documentation and reconciliations as required. - Use data analysis and automation tools to stream...
