Je vormt de spil tussen de dagelijkse financiële processen en de periodieke verslaglegging. De focus ligt op grootboekbeheer (GL accounting), afsluitingsprocessen, balansdossiers, compliance en financiële procesbeheersing. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder digitaliseren en automatiseren van administratieve processen. Finance-organisatie KIS Group Nederland groeit sterk en bevindt zich in een fase waarin haar Nederlandse werkmaatschappijen verder worden geïntegreerd, mede als gevolg van recente overnames. Als onderdeel van deze ontwikkeling wordt vanuit Belfeld (gemeente Venlo) een centraal Finance-team voor Nederland verder opgebouwd, met als doel meer uniformiteit in rapportages, financiële beheersing en processen binnen de groep. Door deze ontwikkeling en de toenemende omvang van de organisatie is de functie van Financial Controller ontstaan binnen het team van de Finance Manager Nederland. De Financial Controller fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen de verschillende operationele administraties en het centrale Finance-team en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder harmoniseren van processen, rapportages en interne beheersing. Daarbij vervul je nadrukkelijk een hands-on rol binnen de financiële administratie en draag je, naast verbeteringen en rapportages, actief bij aan een correcte en tijdige financiële verwerking.
