Over de functie Voor een betrokken zorgorganisatie in de regio Apeldoorn zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Controller In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie en rapportages betrouwbaar en inzichtelijk zijn. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de cijfers en denk je actief mee over hoe processen en financiële sturing binnen de organisatie verder kunnen worden verbeterd. Je komt terecht in een professionele financiële afdeling waarin wordt samengewerkt met verschillende disciplines binnen de organisatie. De zorg staat centraal, maar een gezonde financiële bedrijfsvoering is daarbij minstens zo belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende onderdelen van de financiële control. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verzorgen en controleren van financiële rapportages en analyses; - het uitvoeren van periodieke controles en het bewaken van de financiële administratie; - het ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen; - het analyseren van financiële resultaten en afwijkingen en deze vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten; - het opstellen en verbeteren van managementinformatie; - het signaleren van knelpunten in financiële processen en aandragen van verbeteringen; - het ondersteunen bij begrotinge...
