Als Financial Controller speel je een belangrijke rol in de financiële basis van ons hotel. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie accuraat en actueel is, dat management en eigenaar beschikken over de juiste inzichten en dat we op basis van betrouwbare financiële informatie weloverwogen strategische beslissingen kunnen nemen.Met 306 kamers, 24 vergaderruimtes en meerdere F&B-outlets is The Hague Marriott een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Als Financial Controller maak je deel uit van het Hotel Management Team en werk je nauw samen met de General Manager, het managementteam, de eigenaar en externe partners.The Hague Marriott maakt deel uit van YTL Hotels, een internationale luxury hospitality group met een gevarieerd portfolio van hotels en resorts. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de General Manager van The Hague Marriott. Daarnaast heb je een rapportagelijn naar de Finance Director Europe, YTL Hotels & Properties. Zo zorg je voor een sterke verbinding tussen de dagelijkse hoteloperatie, de financiële prestaties en de bredere YTL-organisatie.Je combineert sterke financiële expertise met een proactieve en adviserende aanpak. Je behoudt het overzicht, signaleert kansen en risico's en zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële processen en resultaten continu worden gemonitord en waar mogelijk geoptimaliseerd.Als onderdeel van het Hotel Management Team maak je daarnaast deel uit van het Duty Management Team. Dit betekent dat je, naast je financiële verantwoordelijkheden, incidenteel een duty management-dienst draait, waaronder ook weekenddiensten.
