In deze functie ga je verder. Jij zorgt ervoor dat financiële data niet alleen klopt, maar ook gebruikt wordt om betere keuzes te maken. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen finance, data en de dagelijkse praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, servicecoördinatoren en afdelingsmanagers en helpt de organisatie om slimmer en efficiënter te werken. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en processen verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast biedt deze functie een duidelijk perspectief: je groeit door richting een rol als Manager Finance & Control en krijgt de kans om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.
