Tegelijkertijd hanteren we een sterke 'buy and build'-strategie. Dit betekent dat we continu groeien en het aan jou (en het finance-team) de uitdaging is om nieuwe acquisities feilloos te onboarden in onze rapportagestructuur. Omdat we Private Equity-owned zijn, kent deze rol bovendien een flinke extra dynamiek. Je navigeert door stevige reporting-eisen en bent scherp op compliance rondom bankconvenanten. Je bereidt rapportages voor met het oog op kritische interne stakeholders (Directie, RvC) en externe partijen zoals investeerders en banken. Als Financial Reporting Specialist in dit speelveld ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons finance-team. Je bent niet simpelweg cijfers aan het afvinken; je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Manager en ervaren Business Controllers en draagt direct bij aan het verbeteren van financiële planning, controle en inzicht. Je kunt hier echt het verschil maken en waarde toevoegen. Naast deze overkoepelende uitdagingen, bestaan je werkzaamheden onder meer uit: - Ondersteunen bij projectanalyses en de financiële evaluatie van lopende opdrachten. - Voorbereiden van de maandafsluiting, met name voor (netto) omzetverantwoording. - Consolideren van rapportages van Business lines naar Group. - Ondersteunen van Business controllers bij (rolling) forecasting en zorgdragen voor input in de rapportagetool. - Analyse van Werkkapitaal en Balansmutaties. - Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en verfijning van financiële tools en rapportages. - Werken met en optimaliseren van...
