Als Financial Reporting Specialist draag je direct bij aan transparante verslaggeving en een robuuste financiële basis voor investeringen in een duurzamer en socialer Nederland. Je beweegt in het hart van de organisatie en schakelt met uiteenlopende stakeholders, van management tot toezichthouders. In deze rol combineer je vakmanschap met verantwoordelijkheid: je vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar heldere rapportages en zorgt dat processen aantoonbaar in control zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance & Reporting en draagt actief bij aan verdere professionalisering en vernieuwing. Wat ga je doen? Als Financial Reporting Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor betrouwbare, tijdige en herleidbare financiële rapportages en stuur je actief op kwaliteit en verbetering. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor Senior Management, Executive Committee, externe accountant, de Belastingdienst en toezichthouders (o.a. DNB en ECB) en onderstaande werkzaamheden behoren onder andere tot jouw werkzaamheden: • Leveren en borgen van correcte financiële rapportages (o.a. jaarverslag en FINREP) en zorgt voor aansluiting met brondata • Analyseren van financiële ontwikkelingen en adviseren management en stakeholders • Coördineren periodeafsluitingen, consolidatie en reconciliaties • Waarborgen auditreadiness, onderhoudt controls en begeleidt audits en toezichtvragen • Vertalen wet- en regelgeving naar werkbare processen en deze continu optimaliseren • Initiëren en realiseren van verbeteringen binnen de financiële keten en reporting roadmap Jouw werkplek Je werkt binnen het team Reporting van de afdeling Finance & Reporting, waar betrouwbaarheid, integraliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.
