Je stuurt een dedicated klantteam aan dat opereert binnen de processen, tooling en governance van de klant en daardoor functioneert als een geïntegreerd onderdeel van het bredere ecosysteem. Het team levert en beheert netwerk- en security expertise en diensten. In deze rol waarborg je stabiliteit, kwaliteit en voorspelbare dienstverlening in een omgeving met hoge compliance-, beschikbaarheids- en beveiligingseisen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Vertical FSI, waarmee je expertise, klantprocessen en besturing structureel op elkaar afstemt. Hiermee zorg je voor consistentie en efficiëntie over de volledige klantketen heen. Als Vakmanager ben je de verbindende factor die richting geeft, prioriteiten stelt en zorgt dat dienstverlening past bij zowel de operationele realiteit van de klant als de strategische kaders van de Tech Hub. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het continu verbeteren en toekomstbestendig maken van de dienstverlening. Je combineert hierbij leiderschap met inhoudelijke technische kennis, waardoor je effectief kunt sturen op kwaliteit, richting en innovatie binnen een complex IT- en securitylandschap.
