FunctieomschrijvingAls financieel administrateur speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van alle financiële processen bij jouw nieuwe werkgever. Je zorgt ervoor dat financiële gegevens tijdig, correct en overzichtelijk worden verwerkt. Daarbij controleer je administratieve stromen, signaleer je afwijkingen en onderhoud je contact met zowel interne als externe betrokkenen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak kunnen collega's vertrouwen op actuele en betrouwbare financiële informatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit het: - Registreren, controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen en het bewaken van de goedkeuringsflow. - Verzorgen van diverse financiële boekingen, waaronder afletteringen en loonjournaalposten. - Administratief verwerken van declaraties, kostenvergoedingen en financiële correcties. - Onderhouden van rekening-courantadministraties en uitvoeren van interne doorbelastingen binnen verschillende vennootschappen. - Voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften en onderzoeken van financiële verschillen of onregelmatigheden.

Goed om te weten: als financieel administrateur werk je op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag tussen 08.30 en 17.00 uur. Na een succesvolle inwerkperiode behoort gedeeltelijk thuiswerken tot de mogelijkheden. Daarbij is er ruimte voor flexibiliteit, waarbij tijdens drukke periodes wederzijdse inzet wordt verwacht. Functie-eisen- Je beschikt over meerdere jaren aan opgedane werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bijvoorbeeld bij een accountantskantoor. - Vanzelfsprekend werk je accuraat en analytisch en houd je overzicht, ook tijdens drukke periodes. - Daarbij ben je communicatief vaardig en schakel je gemakkelijk met collega's, contracthouders en externe partijen.
