Waar jij overzicht brengt

Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve en financiële werking correct, tijdig en overzichtelijk verloopt. Je werkt nauwkeurig met cijfers, documenten en dossiers, maar denkt ook praktisch mee over hoe zaken beter opgevolgd kunnen worden.

  • Je controleert en verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen op een zorgvuldige manier.
  • Je ondersteunt de boekhouding bij het inboeken van documenten, het voorbereiden van dossiers en het opvolgen van administratie.
  • Je volgt betalingen en financiële stromen mee op, zodat openstaande zaken tijdig in beeld blijven.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het team en verwerkt documenten, gegevens en afspraken correct.
  • Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van interne processen en signaleert waar opvolging duidelijker of efficiënter kan verlopen.
  • Je gaat discreet om met financiële en vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse administratie, zodat collega’s kunnen rekenen op correcte informatie.

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat de basis klopt. Daardoor breng je rust, betrouwbaarheid en overzicht in een organisatie die verder wil groeien.

Wanneer jij je hierin herkent

Je bent iemand die graag nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk werkt. Cijfers en administratie geven jou voldoening wanneer alles klopt, volledig is en correct opgevolgd wordt. Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar communicatie helder is, afspraken duidelijk zijn en mensen op elkaar kunnen rekenen.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma binnen administratie, boekhouding, financiën of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen administratie, boekhoudkundige ondersteuning of financiële opvolging.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt taken correct op tot ze afgerond zijn.
  • Je kan vlot werken met Excel en administratieve software.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt voor contact met klanten, leveranciers of administratieve opvolging.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
