Financieel Administratief Medewerker Waalre (bij Eindhoven) Heb jij ervaring als financieel administratief medewerker en debiteurenbeheerder? Ben jij 3 of 4 dagen per week beschikbaar? Dan ben jij wellicht die medewerker waar wij naar op zoek zijn voor One Online. Dit ga je doen: Als parttime Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij One Online in Waalre ondersteun je ons managementpersoneel met diverse taken. Denk hierbij aan de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je controleert en boekt de inkoopfacturen. - Je boekt verkoopfacturen? - Je boekt de bankafschriften. - Je doet de BTW aangifte. - Je beheert en verzorgt actief en klantgericht onze debiteuren portefeuille, waaronder het nabellen van openstaande vorderingen en het versturen van herinneringen en aanmaningen. - Archiveren van (financiële) documenten. - Overige administratieve taken, zoals onder andere het opstellen van overeenkomsten, mailboxen bijhouden. Wat wij vragen Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die ervaring heeft in een administratieve boekhoudkundige rol, als bijvoorbeeld financieel administratief medewerker of debiteurenbeheerder. Daarnaast zijn wij benieuwd of jij het volgende met je meebrengt: - Een mbo+ werk- en denkniveau. - Kennis van Exact Online en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook) . - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring Dit bieden wij jou - Een uitdagende parttime baan met veel variatie. - Werken in een professionele organisatie met een informele sfeer, korte lijnen en gezellige collega's. - Een functie voor minimaal 2 - Je ontvangt een salaris tussen de € 2.500 en € 3.500,- op fulltime basis. De inschaling van deze functie is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring.
