Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! In deze functie zorg je samen met je collega's voor een correcte en betrouwbare financiële basis. Bij Menken Orlando zijn wij de 'Tastemakers' in de foodmarkt. Of het nu gaat om onze expertise op het gebied van foodtrends, onze beheersing van de supply chain of de nieuwe smaakervaringen die we creëren: ieder van ons is in zijn eigen opzicht een Tastemaker. Ongeacht de rol binnen de organisatie, de Tastemakers van Menken Orlando leggen de lat hoog en laten de rest van de branche zien hoe het moet. Wij geloven dat onze kracht zit in onze betrokkenheid in de gehele supply chain, waarbij expertise, innovatie en productie samenkomen. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Als Financial Accounting Employee speel jij een belangrijke rol in het juist, volledig en tijdig verwerken en controleren van onze financiële administratie. Met jouw scherpe blik houd je onze financiële administratie betrouwbaar en efficiënt. Dit ga je doen: - Controleren van de verwerking van boekingen die door collega's zijn uitgevoerd. - Meedraaien in de maandafsluiting en jaarafsluiting. - Controleren en fiatteren van verkoopfacturen. - Fungeren als back-up voor het boeken van facturen. - Ondersteunen van de financiële administratie bij uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaamheden. - Bijhouden en controleren van de vaste activa-administratie. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over het verbeteren van administratieve processen.
