Voor een maatschappelijke organisatie in de omgeving van Baarn zijn wij op zoek naar een Financieel Administratief Medewerker. Je komt terecht in een compact team binnen de bedrijfsvoering, waar je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor een betrouwbare en actuele administratie. Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker houd je je bezig met zowel de financiële administratie als de ledenadministratie. De administratie is verdeeld over verschillende onderdelen, waarbij jouw focus onder andere ligt op de crediteurenadministratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen; - Beheren van de crediteurenadministratie; - Verwerken en controleren van bankmutaties; - Verwerken van administratieve gegevens en binnenkomende e-mails; - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages; - Assisteren bij btw-aangiften en overige financiële werkzaamheden; - Verwerken van wijzigingen binnen de ledenadministratie, zoals nieuwe leden en beëindigingen; - Importeren en verwerken van ledengegevens; - Opstellen en versturen van correspondentie aan leden; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en uitzoeken van administratieve vraagstukken; - Meedenken over het verbeteren van administratieve processen.
