In de rol van Financieel-administratief medewerker ben jij binnen de interne administratie van dit accountantskantoor verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige facturering. Je controleert urenstaten op de juistheid van gebruikte codes en projecten en zorgt voor een foutloze administratieve verwerking. Op basis van factuurvoorstellen verzorg jij de uiteindelijke facturatie richting cliënten. Daarnaast ondersteun je de financiële afdeling met diverse administratieve werkzaamheden en heb je regelmatig afstemming met collega's over de planning en voortgang. Jij signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen. Iedere maand opnieuw zorg jij ervoor dat de facturering soepel verloopt en naar tevredenheid wordt afgerond.
