In deze functie lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een correcte en tijdige financiële administratie en zorg je ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van financiële mutaties en facturen; - Beheren en registreren van inkomende documenten en administratieve gegevens; - Verwerken van poststromen en correspondentie; - Controleren en verwerken van banktransacties en financiële overzichten; - Ondersteunen bij betalingen, vergoedingen en andere financiële regelingen; - Beheren van functionele mailboxen; - Opstellen en verwerken va...
