Zo draag jij als Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij aan een sterke financiële basis, zodat onze agencies kunnen doen waar zij het beste in zijn: digitale impact maken. Wat ga je doen als Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij Handpicked? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker maak je deel uit van Handpicked Services. Dit team ondersteunt alle 12 agencies binnen Handpicked op het gebied van onder andere Finance, HR en ICT. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie van meerdere bureaus. Zo ben je de ene dag bezig met de administratie van Fingerspitz en de volgende dag met die van Bluebird Day. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Het finance team bestaat uit twee financieel administratief medewerkers, een salarisadministrateur, drie controllers en de CFO. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de agencies financieel ontzorgd worden en altijd beschikken over helder inzicht in hun cijfers, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op het laten groeien van hun business. Jouw voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn: - Controleren en verwerken van alle uitgaande en binnenkomende facturen; - Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer; - Boeken van bankafschriften; - Project- en abonnementenadministratie; - Voorbereiden van (tussentijdse) financiële rapportages; - Optimaliseren financiële administraties.
