Wij zoeken een Financieel Administratief Medewerker die nauwkeurig werkt, zijn of haar zaakjes op orde heeft en het liefst nét iets verder kijkt dan alleen het vakje dat ingevuld moet worden. Wij werken voor verschillende bedrijven en verzorgen voor hen onder andere de financiële administratie. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie netjes en op orde is. Denk aan: - inboeken en controleren van facturen; - verwerken van bankmutaties; - debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; - betalingen voorbereiden; - financiële gegevens controleren; - maken van overzichten; Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. En als jij denkt: "Volgens mij kan dit veel makkelijker" , dan horen we dat graag. Wie ben jij? Je bent nauwkeurig, maar geen pietje-precies om het pietje-precies zijn. Je kunt goed met cijfers overweg en hebt je administratie graag netjes. Je bent niet bang om een vraag te stellen en als je iets opvallends ziet, denk je niet meteen: "Ach, zal wel. " Je hebt bij voorkeur: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau; - ervaring met financiële administratie; - goede kennis van Excel; - gevoel voor cijfers; - een beetje logisch denkvermogen; - en een gezonde dosis nuchterheid.
