The posting

Wij zoeken een financieel administratief medewerker die ervaring heeft met het verwerken en controleren van financiële administraties. Je verwerkt onder andere inkoop en verkoopfacturen, bankmutaties en memoriaalboekingen en controleert of administraties volledig en correct zijn.

Ervaring met Exact Online is gewenst. Ervaring binnen een administratie of accountantskantoor is een pre.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en vindt het prettig om voor verschillende klanten en ondernemingen te werken.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

De functie is parttime en het aantal uren is in overleg.

Ben jij nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en werk je graag met verschillende ondernemers en bedrijven? ADM Totaal B.V. is een groeiend administratie en advieskantoor in Son en Breugel. Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een parttime financieel administratief medewerker.

In deze functie werk je aan de financiële administraties van verschillende klanten. Je verwerkt en controleert onder andere inkoop en verkoopfacturen, bankmutaties en andere financiële gegevens. Je controleert administraties, zoekt verschillen uit en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig en correct zijn.

Omdat wij werken voor verschillende soorten ondernemers en bedrijven is geen administratie hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel afwisseling en de mogelijkheid om steeds zelfstandiger klantadministraties te beheren.

Wij werken voornamelijk digitaal en maken onder andere gebruik van Exact Online. Ervaring met Exact Online is daarom gewenst.

Wij zoeken iemand die al enige ervaring heeft met financiële administratie en nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kan werken. Ervaring binnen een administratie of accountantskantoor is een pre.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

Wij bieden een parttime functie waarbij het aantal uren in overleg wordt vastgesteld. Je krijgt flexibele werktijden, veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om je kennis verder te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met ons kantoor.

Het salaris bedraagt vanaf 2750 euro bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
