Dit ga je doen Als Financieel Adviseur ben jij degene die cijfers vertaalt naar kansen. Achter elk financieel advies dat jij geeft, schuilt een maatschappelijk doel: een leefbare wijk, slimme mobiliteit, duurzame energie of een toekomstbestendige openbare ruimte. Jij zorgt ervoor dat plannen niet alleen financieel kloppen, maar ook daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Daarmee lever je iedere dag een waardevolle bijdrage aan de inwoners van de regio. Je stapt binnen in een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. In de ochtend schuif je aan bij een overleg met teammanagers uit het fysieke domein. Samen bespreek je de financiële impact van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen wonen, civiele projecten of ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Je stelt kritische vragen, denkt vooruit en vertaalt complexe financiële informatie naar heldere adviezen waar iedereen mee verder kan. Juist doordat jij ingewikkelde materie begrijpelijk maakt, help je collega's betere keuzes te maken. Daarna werk je aan belangrijke P&C-documenten, zoals de begroting, rapportages of jaarrekening. Je ziet verbanden die anderen misschien over het hoofd zien en zorgt ervoor dat financiële informatie betrouwbaar, overzichtelijk en toekomstgericht is. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategische vraagstukken en de dagelijkse praktijk. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend én uitdagend. Gedurende de dag ben je een veelgevraagde sparringpartner. Managers weten jou te vinden omdat je niet alleen cijfers begrijpt, maar ook de verhalen erachter. Je denkt actief mee over financiële vraagstukken, signaleert risico's én kansen en komt met oplossingen die zowel praktisch als duurzaam zijn.
