Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de verzekerings- en financiële sector zijn wij op zoek naar een Financieel Adviseur Leven voor de regio Brussel. In deze rol fungeer je als een vertrouwenspartner voor klanten en begeleid je hen bij belangrijke financiële beslissingen rond sparen, beleggen en levensverzekeringen.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische functie met veel autonomie en klantencontact. Je bouwt actief aan duurzame relaties, zowel met bestaande klanten als met nieuwe prospecten. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak beheer je zelf je agenda en werk je vanuit verschillende kantoren binnen jouw regio.

Bij opstart doorloop je een intensief opleidingstraject waarbij je samen met collega-adviseurs jouw kennis van levensverzekeringen en financiële producten verdiept. Geleidelijk aan groei je naar een zelfstandige adviesrol waarin je klanten begeleidt met oplossingen op maat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke klantenrelaties door proactief contact te leggen
  • Je analyseert de financiële situatie en behoeften van klanten
  • Je adviseert rond fiscaal en niet-fiscaal sparen en beleggen
  • Je voert diepgaande adviesgesprekken en detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Je stelt passende verzekerings- en beleggingsoplossingen voor
  • Je beheert je eigen agenda en plant afspraken in verschillende kantoren binnen jouw regio
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan de teamdoelstellingen
  • Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen met ondersteuning van een leidinggevende

Je bent een communicatieve en resultaatgerichte professional met een sterke interesse in financiële producten en klantenadvies.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • klantgericht en empathisch is, met oog voor lange termijnrelaties
  • commercieel ingesteld is en kansen weet te herkennen
  • analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkt
  • interesse heeft in financiële markten en deze kennis inzet in adviesgesprekken
  • zelfstandig kan werken en energie haalt uit autonomie
  • flexibel is en zich vlot verplaatst binnen de regio

Pluspunten:

  • ervaring in de verzekeringssector of in een commerciële klantgerichte functie
  • een opleiding in financiën, verzekeringen of een verwante richting
