In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, mee te denken over de verdere professionalisering van de financiële afdeling en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Dit ga je doen In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en bewaken van de randvoorwaarden voor een kwalitatief hoogwaardige financiële administratie. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden efficiënt en correct worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling voor inhoudelijke vragen en ondersteun je bij de coördinatie van de werkverdeling en vakantieplanning. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de financiële administratie, de business control-afdeling en de verschillende leidinggevenden binnen de organisatie. Door jouw kritische blik op processen, analyses en controles zorg je voor betrouwbaar inzicht, voorkom je dubbel werk en draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling. Hoewel je overzicht houdt en prioriteiten bewaakt, ben je ook pragmatisch ingesteld: je doet wat nodig is om de afdeling optimaal te laten functioneren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de financiële administratie, waaronder het controleren van boekingen, facturen, tussenrekeningen en saldi - Zorgdrag...
