De organisatie groeit stevig, professionaliseert haar financiële en digitale fundament en bedient zakelijke klanten door heel Nederland. De cultuur is informeel, ondernemend en resultaatgericht, met korte lijnen naar de directie. Als Financieel Manager ben je de financiële sparringpartner van de directie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de algemeen directeur, vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en adviezen en bouwt aan betrouwbare stuurinformatie voor de hele groep. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de administratie: je verbindt finance met de operatie en helpt de organisatie bewuste keuzes te maken. Functie Als Financieel Manager zorg je dat financiële informatie binnen de organisatie actueel, begrijpelijk en bruikbaar is. Je stelt managementrapportages en KPI's op, analyseert de resultaten en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen voor directie en management. Daarnaast verdiep je je in de financiële processen - van orderverwerking tot facturatie - en verbeter je de kwaliteit van data en rapportages samen met je collega's binnen finance. Je schakelt in deze rol moeiteloos tussen strategie en operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de managers van de verschillende onderdelen, signaleert kansen en risico's en denkt mee over investeringsvraagstukken en de verdere groei van de organisatie. Omdat er wordt gebouwd aan een nieuwe financiële en digitale basis, krijg je veel ruimte om de inrichting van de financiële sturing zelf vorm te geven.
