Voor ons team zoeken wij een ervaren Financieel Medewerker die zelfstandig de dagelijkse financiële administratie verzorgt en een belangrijke rol speelt binnen onze organisatie. Samen met de Financieel Manager vorm je een compact financieel team, waarbij je veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt en controleert inkoopfacturen. - Je stelt verkoopfacturen op en verwerkt deze in de administratie. - Je verzorgt het crediteurenbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat leveranciers tijdig worden betaald. - Je bewaakt openstaande posten binnen het debiteurenbeheer en verstuurt betalingsherinneringen waar nodig. - Je verwerkt bankmutaties en zorgt voor een correcte aansluiting van de administratie. - Je bereidt betalingen en betaalbatches voor. - Je ondersteunt bij het verzorgen van btw-aangiftes. - Je ondersteunt bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen. - Je stelt eenvoudige financiële rapportages op. - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, klanten en collega's over financiële vraagstukken. - Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van financiële processen en administratieve werkzaamheden.
