Airline Support Group levert sinds 2006 technische oplossingen in de vliegtuigindustrie. We zijn op zoek naar een: Financieel Medewerker (24 - 30 uur per week) Standplaats: Hulst Wat ga je doen? · Het controleren en boeken van inkoopfacturen; · De bewaking van de autorisatie van de inkoopfacturen; · Het bewaken van de transport- en overige bijkomende kosten, zodat deze in rekening kunnen worden gebracht bij klanten; · Factureren materialen en diensten aan klanten; · Assisteren bij het opstellen van maandrapportages, het businessplan en de jaarlijkse begroting; · Assisteren bij het samenstellen van het jaardossier; · Back-up zijn van de salarisadministrateur; · Signaleren en in gang zetten van procesverbeteringen en kostenbesparingen. Wat vragen wij? · Afgeronde MBO opleiding; · Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; · Enige kennis en ervaring met salarisadministratie; · Kennis van Microsoft Office, met name van Excel; · Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift; · Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (intern en extern); · Affiniteit met de luchtvaart strekt tot de aanbeveling. Verder ben je flexibel en heb je een proactieve, resultaatgerichte en kostenbewuste instelling.
