Ben jij een financiële duizendpoot die van cijfers houdt en overzicht houdt in elke situatie? Dan ben jij de financiële medewerker die wij zoeken in Nieuwegein voor 32-40 uur! . Over het bedrijfAls financieel medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan financieel-administratieve taken. Je verwerkt bankmutaties, houdt de kas bij, zet concept-verkoopfacturen intern uit en verwerkt de benodigde mutaties om deze om te zetten naar definitieve facturen. Daarnaast boek je inkoopfacturen in, maak je corrigerende journaalposten, houd je tussenrekeningen schoon, zet je betalingen en betaalbatches klaar en beantwoord je vragen die binnenkomen via de mail. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie altijd up-to-date is, zodat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op correcte en actuele cijfers. Ook krijg je regelmatig te maken met ad-hoc verzoeken. Denk aan het opstellen van een voorschotnota of het corrigeren van een declaratie. In zulke situaties is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen, overzicht houdt en goede prioriteiten stelt. Je maakt deel uit van het Finance-team, waar je nauw samenwerkt met je leidinggevende. Hoewel je veel zelfstandig werkt, heb je veel contact met collega's uit verschillende teams om verzoeken af te handelen en vragen te beantwoorden. Over de functieAls financieel administratief medewerker versterk je de afdeling administratie met zowel de debiteuren- als crediteurenadministratie. Je zorg dat facturen worden opgesteld en (digitaal) verstuurd worden. Tevens voer je betalingen door in het systeem en bewaak je dat de facturen tijdig worden betaald en indien nodig onderneem je de juiste debiteurenactie.
