Functieomschrijving: Financieel Medewerker (24-32 uur per week) In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat onze financiële administratie tiptop in orde is. Je ondersteunt de Financieel Manager bij diverse financiële processen en neemt initiatief in het optimaliseren van onze financiële systemen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer: Zorgvuldig beheer van in- en uitgaande facturen. - Controle en bewaking van het grootboek: Je houdt overzicht en zorgt voor nauwkeurigheid in de cijfers. - BTW en ICP aangiftes: Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse aangiftes. - Voorbereiding van de maandafsluiting: Je bereidt zelfstandig de maandelijkse afsluitingen voor. - Voorbereiding van de jaarrekening: Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de jaarafsluiting. - Procesoptimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze financiële processen en systemen kunnen verbeteren. Wat breng jij mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring. - Zelfstandigheid, initiatiefrijk, en een proactieve werkhouding. - Analytisch vermogen en bij voorkeur ervaring met procesoptimalisatie. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur AFAS). - Een sportieve instelling en passie voor onze productcategorieën.
