Bij Peters Bouw en Onderhoud werken we iedere dag aan mooie bouwprojecten voor onze klanten. Achter die projecten staat een betrokken back-office team dat ervoor zorgt dat alles administratief en financieel op rolletjes loopt. Door de aanstaande pensionering van een collega zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die niet alleen zorgt voor een correcte administratie, maar ook wil bijdragen aan het verder professionaliseren van onze processen. Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige salarisverwerking en ondersteun je de financiële administratie in de volle breedte. Ook denk je mee over vraagstukken rondom contracten, financieringen, fiscaliteit en risico's. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en controleren van de uren- en loonadministratie; - Verwerken van mutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Verzorgen van aangiften loonheffingen; - Ondersteunen bij de financiële administratie en btw-aangiften; - Ondersteunen bij managementrapportages en accountantscontroles; - Bijhouden van kennis o.g.v. loon- en fiscale wetgeving en de cao; - Optimaliseren van interne (financiële) processen en systemen.
