Voor een warme en betrokken opdrachtgever in de regio Oostzaan/Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Financieel Medewerker Accounts Payable. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig financieel team en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Organisatie Onze klant is een (technische of industriële) handelsorganisatie Functie Je komt te werken binnen een compact en professioneel financieel team. De crediteurenadministratie bestaat uit een klein team waarin samenwerking en elkaar helpen centraal staan. Door de internationale werkomgeving is er regelmatig contact met collega's en relaties buiten Nederland. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige verwerking van kostenfacturen. Je werkt nauw samen met twee collega's binnen de crediteurenadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct, volledig en tijdig wordt verwerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Boeken van facturen via automatische verwerking in het ERP-systeem; Coderen en controleren van inkomende facturen; Bewaken en opschonen van crediteurenkaarten, zodat facturen tijdig kunnen worden meegenomen in betalingen; Beantwoorden van vragen van interne en externe klanten; Controleren van declaraties en verwerken van bijbehorende journaalposten; Controleren van reiskosten en verwerken van journaalposten; Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen, waaronder balansspecificaties en accruals; Fungeren als back-up voor andere collega's binnen de financiële administratie. Je krijgt daarnaast de mogelijkheid om gaandeweg meer verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken. Hierdoor zijn er binnen de organisatie goede mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en op termijn door te groeien. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een financiële richting; Een afgeronde of aanvullende opleiding richting PD/MBA is een pré; Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen de financiële administratie en/of Accounts Payable; Kennis van internationale btw is een pré; Goede kenni

van Microsoft Excel; Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pré; Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal; Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent zelfstandig en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen. Aanbod Je wordt tijdelijk gedetacheerd via Astorium en je kunt daarna in dienst treden bij onze opdrachtgever. Wij bieden het volgende: Een salaris tussen € 3.100 en € 4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en werkervaring; Flexibele werktijden, waarbij je tussen 07:00 en 09:30 uur kunt starten; Een tijdelijke functie met daarna vast dienstverband van 37,9 uur per week, hybride werken 1 dag per week thuis; Een goede pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding; 24 verlofdagen (o.b.v. 40 uur) en 8,33% vakantiegeld. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (C1 niveau). Een fijne, warme werkomgeving bij een betrokken opdrachtgever; Een afwisselende functie binnen een internationale organisatie.
