Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar wel binnen een klein team waarin collega's elkaar helpen? Dan hebben we bij Kruitbosch een mooie plek voor jou. Het is dinsdagochtend. Je begint met de gezamenlijke mailbox. Een vraag over een factuur pak je zelf op, twee andere berichten stuur je door naar de juiste collega. Daarna controleer je de bankboekingen en maak je het incassobestand klaar. Kloppen de bedragen, staan de boekingen goed en kan alles op tijd worden verwerkt? Later die dag draait de facturatiebatch. Eén bedrag wijkt af. Je controleert wat er aan de hand is en bespreekt het met een collega. Het blijkt om een handeling te gaan die vaker voor verwarring zorgt. Je geeft aan wat je is opgevallen, zodat er samen naar een praktische oplossing kan worden gekeken. Kruitbosch werkt binnenkort met NetSuite als nieuw ERP-systeem. Zeker in het begin zal nog niet alles direct soepel lopen. Jij leert werken met het nieuwe systeem, stelt vragen wanneer iets onduidelijk is en geeft aan welke knelpunten je in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden tegenkomt. Aan het einde van de dag is de administratie weer bijgewerkt. De betalingen staan klaar, vragen zijn afgehandeld en collega's kunnen verder met actuele financiële gegevens. Precies zoals jij het graag ziet. Over de functie Als financieel medewerker zorg je voor een correcte en betrouwbare financiële administratie. Je verwerkt financiële gegevens, controleert of alles goed is vastgelegd en houdt in de gaten of werkzaamheden op tijd worden uitgevoerd. Daarmee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de financiële basis van Kruitbosch. Je werkt binnen een klein Finance team.
