Financieel Medewerker Facturatie In de functie van financieel administratief medewerker debiteurenadministratie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en juist factureren aan opdrachtgevers en het bewaken van tijdige betaling door deze opdrachtgevers. Daarbij heb je contact met de locatie- en regiomanagers en is het van belang gezamenlijk de wensen van de opdrachtgevers rondom de facturen en de doelstellingen van onze partner te bewaken. Dit alles doe je in een team van 9 collega's. € 3200 Nieuwegein MBO Finance & Operations Wat ga je doen als Financieel Medewerker Facturatie? Wat ga je doen als Financieel Medewerker Debiteuren? Wij zijn op zoek naar een servicegericht persoon die van aanpakken weet en die graag de handen uit de mouwen wil steken. De financiële administratie zit op het service center in Nieuwegein. De belangrijkste taken bij deze functie zijn; • Het voorbereiden, boeken, invoeren, verwerken en/of coderen van verkoopfacturen, kasafschriften en bankafschriften • Het voorbereiden van betaalopdrachten en betaaloverzichten • Het bijdragen aan het opstellen van periodieke rapportages • Het verwerken van financiële gegevens (projectadministraties) • Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Het betreft een functie met de voorkeur voor een fulltime werkweek op basis van 40 uur, ook is er mogelijkheid voor een parttime invulling van 32 uur. Een afwisselende / verantwoordelijke baan in een enthousiast team in combinatie met een prettige, informele werkomgeving binnen een nationale organisatie.
