Bij InterWork treed je in vaste dienst en voer je achtereenvolgens financiële opdrachten uit bij verschillende woningcorporaties. Zo leer je meerdere organisaties, systemen en werkwijzen kennen, bouw je een sterk netwerk op en vergroot je in korte tijd jouw waarde als financieel professional. Je krijgt dus de afwisseling van verschillende opdrachten, zonder telkens opnieuw op zoek te hoeven naar een werkgever. De zekerheid van een vaste baan. De ontwikkeling van meerdere banen in één. Dit is geen vacature voor één woningcorporatie Als financieel medewerker bij InterWork werk je niet structureel voor één vaste opdrachtgever. Je komt in dienst bij InterWork en wordt ingezet op verschillende opdrachten binnen de corporatiesector. Na afronding van een opdracht ga je, in overleg met ons, door naar een volgende woningcorporatie waar jouw kennis en ervaring nodig zijn. Waar je binnen één organisatie vaak jarenlang met dezelfde processen werkt, zie je via InterWork hoe verschillende woningcorporaties hun financiële administratie hebben ingericht. Je ontdekt wat goed werkt, leert omgaan met uiteenlopende situaties en ontwikkelt jezelf sneller tot een breed inzetbare corporatieprofessional. De opdrachten kunnen door heel Nederland plaatsvinden. Hierbij kijken wij natuurlijk naar de regio waar jij wilt werken. Dat betekent dat je regelmatig in een nieuwe werkomgeving terechtkomt en te maken krijgt met andere collega's, systemen, processen en financiële vraagstukken.
