Bij Micodo BV. zoeken we een ervaren financiële professional die zelfstandig onze financiële administratie beheert én de directie voorziet van betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Je krijgt een brede rol. Van maandafsluiting, debiteurenbeheer en salarisverwerking tot liquiditeitsprognoses, analyses en managementrapportages. Daarbij ben je niet alleen degene die registreert wat er is gebeurd. Je kijkt vooruit, signaleert risico's en afwijkingen en bespreekt deze rechtstreeks met de directie. Juist die combinatie van zelf doen, analyseren en adviseren maakt deze functie interessant. Wat wordt jouw rol? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële administratie klopt, deadlines worden gehaald en de directie op het juiste moment over betrouwbare financiële informatie beschikt. - de dagelijkse financiële administratie en grootboekadministratie in Exact Online; - debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer; - maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen; - btw- en loonheffingenaangiften; - de salarisadministratie en bijbehorende controles; - liquiditeitsprognoses en het bewaken van het werkkapitaal; - kredietverzekering en factoring; - managementrapportages en financiële analyses; - ondersteuning bij begrotingen en forecasts; - voorbereiding van het jaarrekeningdossier voor de accountant. Maar daar stopt jouw rol niet. Je analyseert omzet, kosten, marges en resultaten en maakt inzichtelijk waar belangrijke afwijkingen ontstaan.
