Als First Line Factory Engineer ben jij dé schakel tussen de werkvloer en engineeringteams. Jij bent van cruciaal belang bij het oplossen van technische issues tijdens de assemblage van mechatronische systemen en modules. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan het leveren van topkwaliteit en innovatie met een hands-on aanpak. Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij het analyseren van technische afwijkingen, begeleiden van monteurs en het verbeteren van productieprocessen. Wat ga jij doen: - Direct oplossen van eerstelijns technische problemen en vastleggen van afwijkingen. - Analyseren van verstoringen en efficiënte afstemming met kwaliteit en engineering. - Ondersteunen van monteurs bij vragen en werkinstructies. - Signaleren en rapporteren van terugkerende productissues. - Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten voor een optimaal productieproces. Functie-eisen Heb jij een passie voor techniek en ben je klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen in een high-tech productieomgeving? Wij zoeken een resultaatgerichte professional die met zorgvuldigheid en creativiteit problemen oplost en processen naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je communiceert helder en werkt actief samen met diverse teams. Jij brengt mee: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in een technische richting. - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een productie- of assemblageomgeving. - Hands-on mentaliteit met praktisch inzicht en oog voor detail. - Bewezen probleemoplossend vermogen onder druk. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid tot samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
