Je komt terecht in een modern, toekomstgericht accountantskantoor met een 40-tal collega's, waar een warme en familiale sfeer hand in hand gaat met professionaliteit en ambitie. Het kantoor investeert sterk in de ontwikkeling van zijn medewerkers en biedt je de ruimte om jouw fiscale expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Een functie waarin je écht fiscaal kan meedenken

In deze rol krijg je de kans om je fiscale kennis dagelijks in de praktijk te brengen. Je werkt niet enkel aan aangiftes of administratieve opvolging, maar wordt betrokken bij inhoudelijke en uitdagende adviesdossiers.

Je analyseert fiscale vraagstukken, denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen en vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar duidelijk en praktisch advies voor klanten.

Je krijgt onder andere te maken met:

  • Het analyseren van complexe fiscale vraagstukken en uitwerken van concrete oplossingen.
  • Het voeren van klantenbesprekingen en adviseren van ondernemers en bedrijven.
  • Het begeleiden van herstructureringen, investeringen en familiale overdrachten.
  • Het ondersteunen van klanten bij fiscale controles en complexe dossiers.
  • Het opvolgen van de fiscale actualiteit en vertalen van nieuwe regelgeving naar praktische toepassingen.
  • Het delen van jouw kennis met collega's en het geven van interne opleidingen.

Een belangrijke troef van deze functie is de brede fiscale expertise die binnen het kantoor aanwezig is. Je komt in aanraking met verschillende fiscale domeinen en krijgt de mogelijkheid om je kennis in de praktijk verder te verbreden.

De expertise gaat onder andere van btw en personenbelasting (PB) tot vennootschapsbelasting (VenB) en andere relevante domeinen binnen de fiscaliteit. De kennis is niet enkel theoretisch aanwezig, maar wordt dagelijks toegepast in concrete dossiers en adviesverlening.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand met een sterke interesse in fiscaliteit die graag inhoudelijk wordt uitgedaagd.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een master in een fiscale, economische of juridische richting.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen fiscaliteit, accountancy of een gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Een brede fiscale interesse en een duidelijke adviesgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een proactieve en analytische manier van denken.
  • De motivatie om je fiscale kennis voortdurend verder uit te bouwen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een ITAA-titel is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste.

Vooral belangrijk: je krijgt energie van complexe dossiers. Je vindt het interessant om je vast te bijten in een moeilijk fiscaal vraagstuk, verschillende mogelijkheden te onderzoeken en uiteindelijk tot een goed onderbouwd advies te komen.
