Deine Aufgaben

* BE A LEADER - Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf deines Stores

* Berate unsere Kunden individuell und lebe unsere Unternehmenskultur

* Behalte die Kennzahlen deines Stores im Blick

* Führe, motiviere und entwickle dein Team kontinuierlich weiter

* Rekrutiere die passenden Mitarbeiter/innen für deinen Store

* Setze die einheitlichen Visual Merchandising Vorgaben von SNIPES um

* Sei ein Vorbild in deiner Rolle und begeistere dein Umfeld

Unsere Anforderungen

* Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne mit Personalverantwortung

* Spaß an der Kundenbetreuung und intensiven Beratungsgesprächen

* Erfahrung im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung und Personalentwicklung

* Grundverständnis für Retail Prozesse

* Begeisterung für Street Culture, Sneaker und Streetwear

* Quereinstieg möglich
